ALONE to ALL-ONE: COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Last Updated August 10, 2026
Purpose
This is a peer support space for people navigating spiritual awakening and the dissolution of identity — circumstances that can be disorienting, vulnerable, and hard to talk about elsewhere. We gather twice monthly to be witnessed, to witness others, and to build genuine connection.
1. What this group is not
This group is not a substitute for mental health or crisis care. Mental health and psycho-therapeutic support can be an essential part of the awakening process. If you are in need of additional mental health support, start here.
2. Confidentiality
What is shared here stays here. Do not repeat, discuss, or reference another participant's story, name, or specific circumstances outside this group — including with other members outside of session, unless that person has explicitly given you permission. Confidentiality is the foundation that makes honest sharing possible.
3. No Hierarchy
There are no experts in this group…just humans. I hold the space and enforce these guidelines, but I am not acting as a teacher, therapist, or guide here — I am a fellow participant in most respects. No one's experience is more valid or “awake” than anyone else's.
4. Cameras On
Video is required. This is a space built on presence, intimacy, and reciprocity, and showing up fully — face included — is part of how we build trust with one another.
5. No Advice-Giving
When someone shares, they are not asking to be fixed, advised, or interpreted. Unless the person sharing explicitly asks for feedback, please offer none — no advice, no "have you tried," no “here’s what I did when that happened”, no diagnosing their experience. This is an opportunity to practice the art of listening, to notice your tendencies to help or fix others, and to leave your ego at the door. The gift here is being heard, not corrected.
6. No Cross-Talk
Let each person finish without interruption. Please don't respond directly to what someone shared (positively or negatively) unless explicitly invited by the individual who is sharing. This isn't a discussion — it's a series of individual offerings held by the group.
7. Time and Space for Everyone
To make sure everyone has room to share, we may use a soft time limit per person (i.e. 5 minutes). I may give a gentle signal when time is close. This ensures one individual’s experience does not dominate the space and that the space belongs to everyone.
8. No Sexual Misconduct
Any sexualized comments, behavior, or contact directed at another participant — in session, in the Signal group, or in any private contact made through this community — is grounds for immediate removal without a refund.
9. If Something Feels Off
If you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or harmed by anything that happens in session or in the Signal group, please come to me privately. I will take it seriously and address it directly with the people involved as needed.
10. Signal Group
There is a private Signal group for participants to stay connected between sessions. The same confidentiality and no-misconduct standards apply there.
11. Enforcement
I'm not here to teach, but I am here to hold the container. If these guidelines are not respected — including confidentiality, no cross-talk, no auto-advice-giving, or the sexual misconduct policy — I may ask someone to leave the group, at my discretion, without refund.
