WILD WOMAN FOREST RETREAT
JULY 30 - AUGUST 2, 2026
Awaken Your Wild,
Authentic Nature
This forest immersion is for the recovering go-getter who has been conditioned to carry it all. For the one who holds it together for those around her, and sometimes can struggle to ask for help. For the woman whose body feels stuck in outdated societal programming and is ready to break free. For the one who yearns to bring more aliveness into her life… and NEEDS a soul-level exhale.
True femininity is an aligned paradox. It flows, nurtures, and receives. It is also wild, fierce, and untameable. The dynamic divine feminine within is ready to be freed, and this immersive weekend is designed to invite her to come out and explore the parts of herself that have remained hidden until now.
This space invites your wild woman within to GET MESSY. Come and play naked in the mud, sit silently and sob, or let out a howling roar at the moon. There is no need to be “put together” here. It is actually a place to come undone and sit with ALL parts of yourself.
ABOUT THE CONTAINER
SAFE & CONSCIOUS NUDITY
🌼
Hollow Bone Ranch’s sanctuary space is nestled in a secluded landscape in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia, surrounded by more than 750 acres of undeveloped forest. This rare location creates a safe space to explore nudity in nature without the worry of being disturbed. Conscious nudity among a group of safe women provides the opportunity for us to be seen and loved exactly as we are.
LOW-DOSE PSILOCYBIN JOURNEY
🌺
The first full retreat day will include a low-dose mushroom (psilocybin) journey. This is the perfect environment for those who are mushroom-curious but new to this sacred medicine. This container is all about igniting our inner compass, and retreat participants will be guided to choose the dose that feels right for your own body, whether that be a microdose or a therapeutic-level dose. We look to the medicine to foster connection with self, other, and with mother nature, in Hollow Bone’s safe and supportive sanctuary space.
CEREMONIAL CACAO
🌸
We will be incorporating ceremonial Peruvian cacao to begin our psilocybin journey together. These two teachers work together gently and synergistically to open the heart, mind, body, and spirit.
GUIDED BREATHWORK JOURNEY
🌻
This retreat weekend will be led with the help of a guest facilitator who specializes in guiding breathwork and hypnotherapy. The second full retreat day will incorporate guided breathwork to help integrate our psilocybin experience and tap into a new level of presence in the body, grounding us into our own being and into connection with nature.
SOUND HEALING
🌼
The breathwork and psilocybin journeys will incorporate the healing power of sound as supportive elements. Drawing on a variety of instruments, sound healing taps into human physiology at the subconscious and nervous system level. Jennifer is a master sound healer and will weave this ancient shamanic art into our weekend together.
GUIDED SOMATIC PRACTICES
🌺
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be led through gentle somatic practices meant to soften your nervous system and reconnect you with your body and your intuition.
MASTER PLANT TEACHERS
🌸
Part of the magic of being a woman is our intuitive ability to connect with nature, which for many of us remains un- or under-developed. However, the ancient shamans knew that plants have a great deal to teach us when we are open and learn to listen. At the beginning of the retreat, each participant will choose a plant with which to cultivate a relationship over the course of the weekend — learning via intuition about its properties and even making tea with it — to see what teachings nature has to offer us. At the end of the weekend, we will each have the opportunity to share what we learned from our chosen plant teacher.
SHARING CIRCLES
🌻
There will be many opportunities to share openly and vulnerably about our retreat experiences, along with our experiences as women living in a chaotic modern world. More than likely, you will leave the retreat having connected with other women at a depth which is rare in today’s world, and hopefully with some new friends.
WHOLESOME, NOURISHING FOOD
🌼
We will provide wholesome, nourishing, vegan meals, along with foraged teas inspired by the ancient traditions of Ayurveda.
DEEP SISTERHOOD
🌺
Women’s nervous systems regulate differently than those of men. Our bodies create safety through oxytocin: the hormone of human connection. This retreat is a healing space that works with our natural physiology. The additional element of nudity isn’t just physical — it’s energetic, it’s emotional, it’s psychological. This retreat container is meant to create safety through oxytocin to explore nudity at the deepest level: at the level of the human heart.
HEALING TOUCH (OPTIONAL)
🌸
For those who feel comfortable receiving this, the guides will provide safe, healing touch to participants. This can help provide nervous system safety during moments of processing. We understand that not everyone’s system feels safe to receive touch, and so this will remain entirely optional, fully consensual, and can be opted out of at any time.
Release what is no longer serving, and welcome what is ready to come alive.

JENNIFER ALDORETTA
FOUNDER & SHAMAN
Jennifer is a Shaman and Somatic Practitioner of Native American descent. Having lived through her own transition from city-dwelling corporate tech executive to healer and Appalachian wild-woman, she is intimately familiar with both the challenges and the unspeakable magic that comes from awakening our most authentic self. Discovering this freedom for herself has ignited an inner fire to support others in this sacred home-coming.Jennifer has been working with and guiding sacred plant journeys since 2021, drawing on her own grueling healing journey, her facilitator training, her year of solitude in Appalachia, and her Lenape lineage when working with others. She built Hollow Bone Ranch’s sanctuary in hopes that others may discover the forgotten magic of Shamanism for themselves.

NORA
GUEST BREATHWORK AND HYPNOTHERAPY GUIDE
After studying linguistics and living among other cultures to learn their languages and ways of life, Nora began to ask an important question:“Why do humans behave the way that we do... Why do we give away our power so easily?”
The answer was very simple: we have been conditioned to do so, and most humans don’t even realize it! Thus began a new chapter in her work, receiving training in guided meditation, hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, and somatic breathwork.
Nora believes that peace is possible when humans peel back the protective masks and programmed layers of limiting beliefs, and come home to the deep remembrance that ALL LIFE is interconnected. She invites humans to remember who we truly are.

We charge a one-time $35 membership fee, and members have no obligations or responsibilities outside of our time together.

Psilocybin has very few contraindications and is generally considered incredibly safe. We encourage you to review the following document:
Psilocybin Medical Contraindications
As for preparation, once you have applied for membership at Hollow Bone Ranch, you will receive access to our Member Portal, which contains an in-depth preparation program for working with sacred medicines. For this retreat container, we invite you to choose the level of preparation which feels right to you (including no preparation!). We’ll be here to answer questions at every step.

This retreat container is specifically curated to include psilocybin. If you are confident that this is not something you are interested in or comfortable with, then this retreat is not a good fit for you. That said, we will never force or coerce a participant into consuming one of our sacraments, and we respect each individual’s sovereignty in that regard.
For this retreat, some participants may feel most comfortable with a microdose (where the felt effects will be minimal), while others may want to explore a larger dose. We will work directly with each participant to support you in choosing the right option for you and your body.
